FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – Fargo Police say just before 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday morning, they were called to the 4200 block of 14th Ave. N. for a report that a person was trespassing in a storage unit.
Fargo Police, along with deputies from the Cass County Sheriff’s office, found the man, later identified as 42-year-old Edwin Chinchilla, inside of the building. Police say Chinchilla was refusing to come out. Police say after multiple attempts to get Chinchilla to surrender, a pepperball projectile was used successfully.
Police say Chinchilla doesn’t have a permanent address. Chinchilla was arrested for Criminal Trespass and Preventing Arrest.
