Brooklyn Center Officer Arrested

(St. Paul, MN)  --  A former Minnesota police officer is under arrest for the death of 20-year-old Black man Daunte Wright.  The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says Kim Potter was arrested this morning in the capital city of St. Paul.  That's just outside where the deadly shooting took place on Sunday in Brooklyn Center.  She's going to face a second-degree manslaughter charge and will be booked into the Hennepin County Jail.  The BCA says charges will be filed by the Washington County Attorney's Office later today.
