Much of North Dakota Experiencing Record Heat

(Bismarck, ND) -- Much of North Dakota is experiencing record heat.  

Temperatures in Dickinson reached triple digits Tuesday, landing two degrees higher than the city's record for that day. Bismarck reached a record high of 98 degrees Tuesday. The city has had 50 days this year with a high of at least 90 degrees. Minot's temperature Tuesday hit a record 94 degrees.  

All three of the cities' original records for the day were set in 1905.

Fargo tied it's record high on Tuesday with 91 degrees.
