(Bismarck, ND) -- Themes are emerging around lawmakers' requests for American Rescue Plan funding.
The billion dollars on the table are being met with over 190 proposals covering every sector of the economy and agency in the state government. Infrastructure projects were the most popular proposals.
The smallest requested amount was from the Department of Human Services for 23-thousand dollars worth of vocational rehabilitation training.
