(Waukesha, WI) -- A North Dakota man accused of shooting a Fargo man and two police officers is facing new charges while in custody.
Nathanael Benton is charged with murder in connection to the shooting of the man in Fargo and assault charges for shooting the two officers in Wisconsin. Now, according to reports, Benton is facing new assault charges after he allegedly threw bodily fluids on a guard in the jail he's being held in Wisconsin.
Benton will first be tried in Wisconsin before being extradited back to North Dakota to face murder charges.
