(Fargo, ND) -- The list of potential candidates for NDSU's next president has been trimmed from five to three.
According to a list published by the state Board of Higher Education, only three candidates are vying for the presidential position. The candidates will conduct interviews with the board on February 23rd, with an announcement of a final candidate expected to come shortly afterwards.

David Cook: Vice chancellor for public affairs on economic development at the University of Kansas
Hesham El-Rewini: Provost and vice president of academic affairs at Marymount University
Mary Holz-Clause: Acting executive chancellor at the University of Minnesota.
