(Bismarck, ND) -- North Dakota Game and Fish is reminding hunters that applications for spring turkey licenses are due Wednesday.
First-time youth hunters 15 or younger are eligible to receive one spring license. More than 76-hundred wild turkey licenses are available, over 600 more than last year.
Hettinger and Adams counties remain closed because of a lack of turkeys to hunt. The season opens April 9th and ends May 15th.
