(St. Paul, MN) -- There will be new foods available to Minnesota State Fair attendees this year.
Two new vendors are among those making their debuts. The Herbivorous Butcher offering vegan options and the Arepa bar inside the midtown Market. There will also be deep-fried ice cream from Snack House, pickle pizza from Rick's Pizza, and fried chicken on a stick from Soul Bowl.
The Minnesota State Fair runs August 25th through September 5th.
