(Crystal, ND) -- A Cavalier man has passed away from his injuries following a lawnmower accident on Tuesday.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says 62-year-old Mark Sagert was mowing the east ditch five miles west of Crystal when the machine began to slide and then rolled. Sagert was pinned underneath and was pulled-out by a co-worker and several other semaritans.
Sagert was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, where he eventually passed away.
