(Churchs Ferry, ND) -- After nearly 140 years of operation Churchs Ferry will be dissolved as of September 1st.
The tiny town about 20 miles northwest of Devils Lake is down to six residents and they've run out of money to keep up with the maintenance.
The town voted five-to-one to dissolve and in less than a month Church's Ferry will no longer be recognized as an incorporated city.
