(Bismarck, ND) -- Personal data linked to more than 180 people may be at risk after state Workforce Safety & Insurance (WSI) personnel say their system was hit by a cyber-security attack on June 28th.

WSI officials say an employee noticed suspicious activity on their computer after they opened an email attachment.  After reporting the incident, the suspect computer was disconnected from the state network.

Authorities say the hacker may have gained access to personal data linked to 182 state employees before that linked was severed.
