(Beulah, ND) -- A Beulah man is facing charges after he allegedly uploaded material depicting child sexual-abuse to the internet.
Police say 29-year-old Dustin Erker was arrested this week after he admitted to assembling and uploading the images to DropBox. He remains in custody on three counts of possession of materials-prohibited.
Bail was set at $1,000 with a stipulation prohibiting Erker from accessing the internet.
