(Grand Forks, ND) -- Emergency personnel and volunteers in Grand Forks are getting ready for their disaster drill.
The drill is set for this Friday, September 16th from 9 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at Grand Forks International Airport. The FAA requires the drills be held every three years.
Each year first responders are faced with a different scenario and this year will focus on an active shooter scenario at an airport and involving a plane.
No issues with flights out and in to the airport are expected to be affected by the drill.
