(Minot, ND) -- The Men's Winter Refuge in Minot is back in business after having been closed due to COVID-19 concerns more than two years ago.
Refuge officials say they have been placing unhoused men into hotels since April, 2020. The service has provided shelter via hotel room placements for more than 600 men since their sudden pandemic closure.
