Minnesota state rep says "crazy flare" policies attracting new residents who want to "take and not give"

(Fargo, ND) -- Minnesota State Representative Walter Hudson says DFL legislative initiatives are attracting new residents to the state who want to "take and not give".

"When you fire off the crazy flare signaling to everyone in the Midwest, hey do you want to get an abortion? Come to Minnesota. Hey are you not sure what a woman is, come to Minnesota. Hey, are you homeless? Come to Minnesota. Hey are you looking for free childcare? Come to Minnesota," said Hudson.

Hudson says the people being drawn to Minnesota are not capable of generating sufficient tax revenues needed to support new state programs.

The representative made the comments while appearing on "What's on Your Mind" on AM 1100 The Flag.
