(Fargo, ND) — A man who once lived in Oriska North Dakota faces federal felony charges in connection with the violent demonstration at the U.S. Capitol January 6th 2021.
Sixty-two-year-old Rockne Earles, now a resident of New Mexico, was reportedly identified through video surveillance.
Charges include assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers, and civil disorder, all felonies. Earles is also charged with misdemeanors.
