(Fargo, ND) -- Thousands of North Dakotans are set to receive settlement checks from Intuit Turbo Tax.
Attorney General Drew Wrigley says 97-hundred residents will each receive around 30-dollars in connection with the multi-state settlement.
The case involved customers being tricked into paying for tax preparation services that should have been provided for no cost.
Eligible recipients will receive e-mail alerts by April 29th.
