(Fargo, ND) -- The results of a newly released study find that the age of peak fitness in North Dakota is higher than the national average.

The Fitness Tribe surveyed three thousand active adults from around the country to determine what they consider the peak fitness age in their states.

Respondents here in North Dakota say the average age of peak fitness is 43-years-old, compared to the national average of 34.

The study also found that, to no surprise, the majority of North Dakotans feel younger than their chronological age.
