MANVEL, ND – A 79-year old Manvel, North Dakota man was killed when his vehicle collided with a train in Grand Forks County Wednesday night. It happened five miles NW of Manvel off Highway 81 at around 9 p.m. The State Patrol says the victim’s vehicle was dragged about a mile down the tracks. The man’s name has not been released.
Troopers are still investigating the crash.
