(Mankato, MN) — A 16-year-old is in custody after he brought a loaded handgun to Mankato West High School yesterday.
Police say no threats are known to have been made. Other students say they saw social media posts with a gun in them and alerted school administration. The boy is currently being held in juvenile detention.
Charges are being considered for the incident.
