(Grand Forks, ND) -- More information is being released following last weeks pickup and train crash near Grand Forks.
David Contreras (60 - Grand Forks, ND) is charged with failure to stop for a railroad crossing Contreras hit the lead engine of an Amtrak Empire Builder train. He suffered minor injuries. The passenger in the vehicle, Richard Lorenzen (52 - East Grand Forks, MN), was not injured in the crash.
An investigation into the crash is still ongoing.
