(Bismarck, ND) -- Officials are raising concerns over the proposed carbon dioxide pipeline in the state.

Now, the Bismarck City Commission is speaking up, supporting the decision to move or delay the pipeline proposed by Summit Carbon Solutions. Residents and other city leaders have been expressing their concerns for some time. The pipeline being considered is 24 inches wide with 2,100 pounds of pressure, presenting more potential risk to homeowners than previous initiatives.
