North Dakota legislative chambers set for light renovation

(Fargo, ND) --  Funding from COVID money will cover the cost for the upgrades to the legislative chambers at the state capitol.  

The House and Senate chambers will be closed during the light renovation.  

The ceilings will be painted, the HVAC system upgraded, new chairs for the lawmakers will be installed and the woodwork will be refinished.  

The House and Senate are not in session.  

There will be no tours of the chambers until work is complete.
