(Fargo, ND) -- A SWAT team and other members of the Grand Forks Police Department were involved in an incident in the 1200 block of 39th Street North Monday afternoon.
Police initially said they had an "active situation going on."
A shelter-in-place order issued for people living in the immediate vicinity was lifted around 3:45.
Police tell WDAY Radio Now additional details will soon be released.
