(Grand Forks, ND) -- A sexual harassment suit against the University of North Dakota has been partially dismissed.

Dr. Fiona Axelsson claimed that family medicine program director Dr. Jason Myrmoe sexually harassed her while she was enrolled in the program. Records indicate several other women in the program received similar harassment, and Dr. Myrmoe was eventually removed as program director. A portion lawsuit alleging that Axelsson suffered significant mental health problems from the ordeal was dismissed. However, it was done under the condition the decision would not affect the plaintiff's claims against other defendants.

The case is to go to trial on October 6th.
