Dr. Scott Jensen to Formally File Lawsuit, Tuesday Against Keith Ellison and State Board of Medical Practice

ST. PAUL -  Dr. Scott Jensen, a former Minnesota State Senator and candidate for Governor says he will file a lawsuit on Tuesday suing Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison and the state Board of Medical Practice.

Jensen says his First Amendment rights of free speech were violated after he was investigated for questioning the effectiveness of the COVID vaccine and says if physicians are denied their First Amendment rights to speak in opposition to "conventional narrative, you would lose the dynamic vitality of medical discussions that really pave the way for scientific advancement."

A spokesperson for Attorney General Ellison said, “There is no merit to the allegations" now being formally filed in Jensen's lawsuits."
