Amber Alert issued for three-year-old girl

(Update: 5:10 a.m.) -- Authorities say Terell Decoteau has been located and have found the 2013 gray Chevrolet Sonic, but are still searching for two people.

The Fargo Police Department is still searching for Beatris Decoteau and Breanna Ziegler. If you have any information regarding the location of Beatris or Ziegler, authorities ask you to call 911.

(STATEWIDE) -- The North Dakota Highway Patrol and North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation has issued an AMBER Alert at the request of the Fargo Police Department.

On June 28, 2023, Beatris Decoteau was abducted from Fargo. Beatris is a white three-year-old female. Beatris may be with Breanna Ziegler and Terell Decoteau. Ziegler and Decoteau were ordered by the courts to turn over Beatris because the child may be in danger of bodily harm.

Breanna Ziegler is a 22-year-old white female who has blonde hair and blue eyes. She is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. Terell Decoteau is a 22-year-old Native American male who has brown eyes and black hair. He weighs 189 pounds and is 5 feet 11 inches tall. They may be in a gray 2013 Chevrolet Sonic, hatchback with North Dakota plates 268DSC.
