Grand Forks crash leaves Fargo woman seriously injured

(Grand Forks, ND) -- Authorities are releasing the identities of those involved in a Grand Forks Crash that left a Fargo woman seriously injured.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the Monday night crash occurred when 48-year-old David Moen of Grand Forks failed to stop at a stop sign in the intersection of ND Highway 18 and U.S. Highway 2 and struck a vehicle driven by 77-year-old Gayle Melby of Fargo. Melby was taken to Altru Hospital with serious injuries. Moen is not injured and is charged with Failure to Yield Right of Way at an Intersection. 

The North Dakota Highway Patrol is still investigating the crash.
