CASS COUNTY, ND - The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified the Florida man struck and killed by a semi on I-29 north of Fargo after he was ejected from a pickup during a rollover. He was Logan Barcia, 24, of Old Town, Florida. Troopers say Barcia lost control of a pickup near mile marker 88, about 20 miles north of Fargo, at around 2:48 a.m. Sunday. Barcia was not wearing a seatbelt and landed on the interstate when the pickup rolled. He was then struck by the passing semi.
The crash remains under investigation.
