(Fargo, ND) -- Governor Doug Burgum says he'll surpass receiving campaign donations from 40 thousand individual donors today.
That's the number needed in order for Burgum to qualify for participation in an upcoming debate among republicans seeking the party nomination for President in 2024.
As part of their effort to spur campaign donations, Burgum's team is offering to send a $20 gift card to each donor who gives one dollar to the campaign.
Burgum provided the campaign update while appearing on the Hugh Hewitt Show.
