Minnesota democrat Dean Phillips considering 2024 Presidential bid

(Fargo, ND) -- Minnesota Congressman Dean Phillips is considering a run for president next year.  

The campaign manager for the Democrat says the legislator is taking a close look at running against Incumbent Joe Biden.  

Phillips is expected to meet with donors next week.
