Minnesota representative non-committal on running for president

( Washington, D.C.)  --  Minnesota Congressman Dean Phillips is still undecided about considering a run for president.  

He recently appeared on Face The Nation on CBS and stated that he's well-positioned to become president of the United States.  

He did add that he isn't ready to enter the race right now.
