(Grand Forks, ND) -- Senator John Hoeven says in coming years North Dakota will be at the center of U.S. military operations.
The Senator spoke at Grand Forks Air Force Base Monday where the Space Development Agency announced an expansion.
The Agency is locating a Satellite Test and Checkout Center at the base.
Hoeven says once completed in 2026 the Test and Checkout Center will be the backbone for all U.S. military communications.
