(Sturgis, SD)  --  Drug arrests during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally are up year-over-year.

That's according to the South Dakota Department of Public Safety's "Sturgis Rally Tally."

It's a way to track crashes and crimes during the annual event.

Last year around this time, officers made 59 drug arrests.

That number as of Tuesday, August 8th, was 81.

Meantime, DUI arrests are down by about ten.

The Sturgis Motorcycle Rally runs through Sunday, August 13th.
