(Devils Lake, ND) -- The body of a Eugene, Oregon, man has been recovered from Devils Lake.
Ramsey County authorities searched for the man who jumped from a pontoon boat for a swim on Saturday.
Witnesses say Gary Williams Junior surfaced and appeared to be in distress when he went back underwater.
People on the boat searched for him to no avail.
Rescuers recovered his body yesterday.
