(Valley City, ND) -- A man is dead after being struck by a Semi while walking on I-94.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the crash happened 5 miles east of Valley City early Thursday morning, when a semi driven by 46-year-old Chad Heller struck Cameron Davis Red Bird, Bismarck man who was walking in the middle of the right lane. The Red Bird was pronounced dead at the scene. No charges are being filed against Heller at this time.
The crash is still under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
