Names released in fatal crash south of Minot

(Minot, ND) -- We are now learning the identities of those involved in a fatal head-on crash south of Minot on Monday.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol says Casey Mack (24, Mandan, ND) was traveling southbound on Highway 83 when a second vehicle, driven by 59-year-old Pricilla Davila (59, Minot, ND) was attempting to cross the intersection of Highway 23.  Mack's vehicle struck the driver's side of Davila's car. She was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger in that vehicle, 24-year-old Nyasunday Puoch (24-Omaha, NE), was seriously injured.

The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol. Charges against Mack are still under consideration for the investigation.
