Grafton man injured in single vehicle crash in Walsh County

UPDATE: The Highway Patrol has identified the victim as Casey James Moe of Grafton. Moe was not wearing a helmet and was charged with care required.

(WALSH COUNTY) -- A 31-year-old Grafton man was injured Saturday afternoon in a single vehicle crash near Park River.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the man was driving a 2023 Harley Davidson northbound on Walsh County Road 12, approximately two miles northwest of Park River, where he failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway. The Harley Davidson entered the east ditch and tipped, ejecting the driver.

The driver was transported to First Care Health Center in Park River, by Park River Ambulance, where he was treated for serious injuries.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
