Minnesota DFL Representative Dan Wolgamott pleads guilty to drunken driving

(St. Cloud, MN)  --  A Minnesota legislator is confessing to being drunk when a state trooper pulled him over this summer just outside of Mora.  

State Representative Dan Wolgamott pleaded guilty this week to a fourth-degree count of driving above the legal alcohol limit on July 7.  

The DFL'er from St. Cloud agreed to a plea deal that calls for a 45-day jail term to be set aside for two years and a 400-dollar fine.  

Wolgamott has taken six chemical health assessments and also participated in a Mothers Against Drunk Driving victim impact panel.
