(St. Paul, MN) -- Flags in Minnesota are flying at half-staff today and tomorrow in honor of former governor Al Quie.
The late state leader passed away on August 18.
He will lie in state at the Minnesota Capitol today from noon to 3 p.m.
Quie served as the 35th governor of Minnesota from 1979 to 1983.
