Jamestown woman in custody for DUI citation after rollover crash

(Valley City, ND) -- A Jamestown woman is in police custody after authorities found her under the influence of marijuana after a rollover crash.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol says Nicole Roman (31, Jamestown) was traveling westbound along I-94 about five miles west of Valley City when her vehicle left the roadway and rolled. Roman was arrested for misdemeanor driving under the influence. She was also cited for infractions related to possession marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia.

Roman was taken to CHI Hospital in Valley city due to her injuries.  The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
