Norsk Høstfest kicks off four day celebration of Scandinavian heritage

(Minot, ND)  --  Thousands of visitors will be arriving in Minot as Norsk Høstfest gets underway today.

The festival is the largest Scandinavian Heritage Festival in North America and 5,000 volunteers will be working to make sure things run smoothly. Visitors can enjoy four days of food, shopping, culture and entertainment. The Oak Ridge Boys, Daughtry, Brothers Osborne and Comedian/Singer/Ventriloquist Terry Fator are among the big acts performing this year.   

Janae and Ronnie from WDAY Radio's The Coffee Club will be broadcasting live from the Høstfest on Thursday and Friday.
