(Undated) -- North Dakota Senator Kevin Cramer is co-sponsor of a bill to address generic drug shortages and strengthen the supply chain for domestically produced medications.
He said similar to energy and critical minerals, too much of the medical supply chain has been shifted to China and India.
The republican said the bill he's co-sponsoring supports patient access to the drugs they need from American manufacturers.
