(Minneapolis, MN)  --  Authorities say a loaded gun was found in an airline employee's carry-on bag at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.

The Transportation Security Administration made the discovery last week when the airport worker was randomly selected for screening.

TSA says an officer spotted the image of a handgun on an X-ray screen.

Violators can be fined nearly 15 thousand dollars and have their TSA PreCheck privileges revoked for at least five years.
