Minnesota man arrested after authorities say he traveled to Bismarck for sex crimes

(Bismarck, ND)  --  A Minnesota man is facing a number of charges after he allegedly drove more than 500 miles to meet and later sexually assault a 13-year-old girl in Bismarck.  

Court officials say 19-year-old Shawn Pozanc faces two charges of gross sexual imposition where the victim is under 15 and a single count of using a computer or other electronic device to lure a minor. The Rollingstone, Minnesota man could face two decades in prison for each of the two sexual-imposition charges. Pozanc was arrested in Rollingstone, and is likely going to be extradited to Bismarck.

Pozanc remains in custody.
