Bemidji Public Schools to hold e-learning day as law enforcement say threat was issued against district

(Bemidji, MN) -- Bemidji schools are holding online classes today as law enforcement are investigating a possible threat to the district. 

Bemidji Middle and High School announced the e-learning day on their social media channels and through emails sent to parents. Authorities say they learned of a threat against the schools at around 9:45 p.m., and an investigation is underway into the incident. Law enforcement encouraged the district to avoid holding in-person classes on Wednesday due to the threat.
