Minnesotans share election priorities in new poll

(St. Paul, MN) -- A new poll is showing the highest priorities among citizens of Minnesota.

The MinnPost poll of 1,500 Minnesotans shows the highest priority issues are Inflation at 60%, Abortion protections at 40%, and Taxes at 39%. Other issues Minnesotans prioritize include Housing Costs, Gun Violence, Violent Crime, Political Violence, and Election Security.

Additionally, more Minnesotans are optimistic about the state going compared to how they feel about the U.S., with 48% of respondents believing Minnesota is "going in the right direction", compared to 20% of respondents believing the same for the U.S. at large.
