(Mandan, ND) -- A 26-year-old Mandan man is charged with attempted murder. KFYR-TV reported officers responded to 911 calls for shots fired in southeast Mandan early yesterday morning. A man who was found with a gunshot wound was hospitalized.
Police said Christopher Torres was arrested at the scene.
