North Dakota GOP names next executive director

(Bismarck, ND) -- There is a new executive director of the North Dakota Republican Party.

The NDGOP broke the news earlier today saying Andrew Nyhus will take over the position starting today.

Officials say he has years of government policy experience in Washington D.C. after working alongside state senators.

Nyhus will help state Republicans navigate the 2024 primary election.

The party went more than two months without an executive director after Samantha Holly abruptly resigned earlier this year.
