Bismarck Police: Arrest made after Elmo doll found containing 1,200 fentanyl pills

(Bismarck, ND) -- A suspect awaits arraignment following a drug bust in Bismarck.  

Department sources say Dyron Marshall was arrested after officers - who had been alerted by Detroit police - found approximately 1,200 fentanyl pills hidden inside an Elmo doll on Thursday.  Arresting officers allegedly also found a stolen firearm inside Marshall's home. The suspect remains in custody on a distribution charge.  

A court date in the case is pending.
